I'm Kylie! I’m a 21-year-old Virginia girl raised in the Shenandoah Valley, and I truly couldn’t imagine a more beautiful place to live. Our area is so special, thanks to its wonderful community and all the small businesses within it. My hope is to prove to others, as well as myself, that a college degree isn’t needed to be successful. I believe that when you find something you love and turn that into your career, that’s when you’re truly successful and living a rich life.

I’ve been managing business social media since I was 16, starting out at a local restaurant by simply posting pictures of meals off the menu. I never imagined that I would turn that small beginning into a lifestyle 5 years later. For the past year, I’ve been managing multiple businesses' social media accounts, and I’ve loved every second of it. There’s never been a single day where I’ve dreaded my work — it’s always felt like "I get to do this" instead of "I have to do this," and that mindset has made all the difference.

Earlier this year, I went on a girls’ trip, and we decided to document our time with a film camera. When I got those photos developed, I immediately fell in love with the results. It felt like it was calling me to do something more with it. Now, I don’t leave the house without a film camera in my bag, capturing moments everywhere I go.

Outside of work, I’m a big reader and a total Swiftie. I even have my own bookstagram account — though I’ll admit, I’m way better at posting for others than for myself! Books and Taylor Swift are two things I’m always happy to talk about.
